What kind of help do I need?

There are three ways to get help with your question within the helpdesk. 


  1. Check the Knowledge Base to find articles and how-tos that will answer your question or help with your problem.

  2. Post in the Forum if you want to have a conversation about a new feature or something you don't understand.

  3. Create a new ticket if you have a request or problem that needs to be addressed.


Before asking a question of creating a ticket, it can be helpful to review the kinds of information you can gather to help us understand your question.
