A Review portlet displays a list of content that has been submitted and is waiting for a Reviewer mark as Published. Until a content item is Published, it is not visible to users of the site.


  1. Make sure you are logged into your site.

  2. Navigate to the the page you wish to add the portlet and click Manage portlets in the area where you want to add the portlet.

  3. On the same side you will see a number of gray boxes with the names of portlets that have already been created.

  4. Above the portlets, click Add portlet….

  5. Scroll down and select Review list.

  6. The page will refresh and you will now see a gray box titled Review list.

  7. To exit the portlet configuration screen, click the “Return” link in the center panel of the page.
